Web Page Problems

I'm experiencing some problems with my page : it looks good in my editor (Front Page) and in my browser when I make a preview, but when I upload the files, the background doesn't appear.
Can someone take a view at http://www.httpcity.com/dl and help me ??

The simple answer to this problem is that the image for your background doesn't exist. check the source on your hard drive and try and re-uplode it to your site.
