active x control help....

i'm creating my own site recently and
i've wanted to use active x control to
achieve the effects like what i've seen
on one of the thiefII site where once you
drag your mouse over one image,words would
appear.i'm using front page express and
and when i click on active x control,another
box would open and it would ask me to pick a
control.so i'll like to ask which control
should i pick to achieve the effect i just mentioned and what should i fill in in the name space?
help would be much appreciated.thanx a lot!!!

Could you please post the url to the site you are referring to, thief II?

That would help me out a lot in trying to figure out what exactly you are trying to achieve with these mouse over effects.
