I have a major problem with my domain auction www.auctionit.uk.co/main.html (http://www.auctionit.uk.co/main.html)
It works perfectly in IE but in Netscape you cannot view the frames.
Can someone please help me!
From a desperate person!

Hi Leesyg,
I'm not sure I see the problem, the site doesn't appear in frames in either Netscape or Internet Explorer.
Are you sure you're summing up the problem right? Try to explain if you're not sure of the right terms http://talkboard.123webmaster.com/ubbhtml/smile.gif

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent netscape chat room or a good webmaster chat room?
Thanks

Leesyg,
Are you still having this problem?
If so, are you sure your referring to frames and NOT tables? Because I cannot find any frames on your site, only tables. And netscape is very sensitive when it comes to displaying tables compared to IE.

The above code is the code that calls the page this code can be found in the middle of page www.auctionit.uk.co/begin.html (http://www.auctionit.uk.co/begin.html)
It uses a frame in the middle of the page.
Please help netscape users view this frame

Lee,
Netscape 4.x and below do not support the IFrame at all, there is no error in your code. However the next version of netscape will support this tag. Unfortunately that is of no help to you now though.
LAYER is specific to Netscape and DIV is recognized by both. It seems to me that DIV's would be the most appropriate for you. You can position them and give them attributes using CSS, but you can't assign it a SRC.
There are good websites out there that handle cross browser DHTML, which explain it all.
