How do I add the facility to search a specific database of information (such as an XL file)to my website? The result need only be text rather than a whole new page. Please help. Thanks!

Hi Kane,

You might want to give gossmaer-threads a try: http://www.gossamer-threads.com. They have a perl script called DBman. This is a great method for displaying results from databases. You can even export a microsoft excel file, and feed it into the script. Let me know how you fair.
