I downloaded a template for a webpage, but I noticed after I finished building the page, that there is a banner at at the top, any idea how to remove it or what html coding it is that I need to remove?

Yeah that makes sense...not hehe

Usually a banner is just an image tag, usually in a link. So something like
<a href="myannoyingsponsor.com/aff.php?id=324&idiocy=high" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.site.com/affpic.jpg" title="Click me for spam!" /></a>

or something of the sort.
Sometimes it will be your web host, if you have a free host most will put banners on your site which you cant remove, to cover their costs of providing free web hosting.

You guys? Has anybody realised this post started in 2001? That's the general reason i say this: I think you should DROP THE PROJECT! :D Forget the past.. Oh well, this is fun!

being bored isn't a good reason to post irrelevant infomation about a 4 year old thread.

um yeah... nox-hand, could you refrain from bringing up a bunch of old threads, it just makes it harder to realize which ones are genuine

nox-hand...

please do not bring up old threads just because you are "bored"...

i suggest that you try and actually do something constructive - that way you will not be bored, and also not be annoying other people...

thankyou
