Hi,
I need some help in promotining my forums.
They are all Cool Boards and they are basically a place where people can have a nice friendly chat.

At the moment we don't have many members but hopefully that will change. :)
How would I promote it alot more so I get loads more members and they become alot busier?

You don't want loads of members. You want quality members. Create a friendly community with a useful purpose, and the people will be there. If you want exposure, I'd suggest Pay Per Click to start. LookSmart, Google and Overture have very widely distributed PPC programs. :)
