Keep working on it....
Way too many banners. Layout is OK but is uninteresting, all the flashy banner stuff draws the eyes away from the links in the center of the page. Website navigation is nonexistant, click a link then hit the back button to return to the homepage.
The "content" pages are a terrible mish-mash of banners and very little content. Visitors will find the site confusing and obnoxious with all the banners and advertisments.
The website looks like what it is, a personal website on a free server probably thrown together using an HTML editor and an excuse to run banners in the hopes of making a few bucks.
We all start somewhere so don't get discouraged. Take some design courses or read some online tutorials about designing websites.

Kevin

There're lots of banners, see if you can cut down the amount of them. Visitors find them extremely annoying, especially popups. The 'ad-clicking' policy may not receive much popularity with your visitors. The design is a bit flawed, in the way that your visitors may not have more interest in your MP3s, but will have a hard time navigating through your site. There isn't much content, and using I-Drive (http://i-drive.com) may not be popular with your visitors, since I-Drive (http://i-drive.com) itself is not too navigable.
