Michaelk,

It looks like the content of your web site is just an excuse to posts as many advertising banners as possible. Way too many banners. It's obnoxious.

The web site looks amatuerish. There is no design to speak of. The layout is as simple as it gets, everything centered down the page pretty much. The background colors at least are tolerable (although a plain white background would be better) and (thankfully) you have not made the mistake of overloading the web site with useless graphics and animations (besides the banners).

Polish it up and get rid of most of the banners. One or two banners per page maximum. Or get rid of all of them and present the services in a better manner (If the services are any good you might make a few bucks when someone signs up using your click-through links). Some explanation as to what the web site is for would be nice: It's not as obvious as you might think. Get rid of the links to your personal homepage, the awards (that everybody gets that don't mean anything), HWG (maybe take some of their online courses to help with design concepts), IWA, the webring, they all contribute to the amatuerishness of the web site.

While the information that you have taken the time to collect and present to the visitors of your web site might actually be useful to them, unless you change things drastically, I have a feeling they will be clicking the small x in the upper right hand corner more than anything else.

Regards,
Kevin
