Is there a point to the web pages? There appears to be no plan or even a basic concept that you were thinking about when you started the web pages. Find something to base your web pages on and then build around that idea or concept. Like a hobby you have or something that interests you; music, art, sports, the internet, school, books....

I suggest you continue to learn. Concentrate on learning some basic design concepts and design elements (graphics, colors, layout, etc) all of which your web pages are in serious need of.
