A few notes:
The banner graphic on the top of the page doesn't load.

You should move to a place without pop ups. Try www.brinkster.com (http://www.brinkster.com)

The layout is okay, a little bland... the elements are fine in and of themselves but don't work well together. Maybe a more uniform look?

Banner at top doesn't work, and why is it there anyway?

In my opinion you should do away with the frames and the clock. (Everyone looking at your site can see the time on their computer anyway)

Popup banners aren't good!

Graphics, ie, buttons aren't to bad at all, but personally I would get rid of the border and have them flat.

-graphics buttons might look better in gif format (like 16 col bw)
