Very well done. Appearance, navigation, usability, all very well done. Not much else to say....top notch job.

(One small thing, needs the bgcolor attribute in the body tag so older Netscape browsers will display the background as white instead of the default gray).

Regards,
Kevin

Hi jonirvine,

the site design is very well done, though the content of the main page is abit messy at first glance. Also, the alignment of some content in some sections(ie the categories in the swopshop section. they seems to be too.... out of place)seems strange. i suppose this is because of you setting the table width as a percentage instead of a specified width.

I notice the 'categories' heading in the swopshop section is bold and is the same size as the main heading (the 'Swopshop' heading). Is this intended? I raise this point because for all other sections, the sub headings are all in italics and is in a smaller font size (ie the shop section).

There seems to be a problem with one of the image in the games section. the third image (the yahtzee's one) isn't loading correctly.

And some suggestions.......
-perhaps u can rename the competition section as contest section..... contest seems more appropriate(sp?)to me than competition......
-may be u can add some description under the mailing list in the home page as to what topic or purpose the mailing list is about.

Well, that's all i have to say, keep up the good work!

ps: btw, i am using ie5 and using 1024 by 768 resolution to view your site.

My biggest complaint about the site is the animated advertisments. They really are distracting. All the movement and flashing practically forces your eyes over to that section of the page. Of course that is what the advertisers want but there needs to be a balance. If you have to run advertisments use non animated or much less animated ones.

Besides that it is a well designed site. Good use of the 3 column layout. I don't find it to be messy at all. Navigation is very well done. Something many websites need to pay more attention to.

hello

site is very profy looking one, design is perfect imho.

few things to consider:

-first page is 2 crowded with info, also i prefer the tables with fixed width - that might be just my problem tho...
-js search engines on page1 - if u have nonjs browser (like i have one at home computer) u will see just graphics saying 'search engines', dont know, is it possible to put the image beetwen js tags to hide it from nonjs browsers?
