Nice clean look. Looks like a lot of thought went into this site.

My only suggestion is to write a couple of paragraphs about what your site is, and what you can find there. Remember that there may be people that may come across your site, that don't know what Dragon Ball is (like me for example). You could place these paragraphs between your two horizontal navigation bars.
