Hi Jimmy,

Looks like you have lots of content, pretty wel organized too. WHat it looks like you need most are some custom graphics, maybe a header and/or a logo. I might also suggest color tables for the navigation, possibly alternating colors from row to row, something to lighten up the page a little.
