how can we link to HTMLforums? is it ok if we jus put a text link on our site?

why wouldnt they want you to link? A text link woudl be fine im sure, but you could also use this gif below, that is from Jason's sig.

Text links are better for search engine purposes, the anchor text (link text) works as keywords for the site that it is linked to.

This works just as well for Search Engines:

Anchr text though is a visable feature which is what alot of search engines work on. What is visual to the surfer is more important than what is in the code and markup of the page.

Text links are good like for forum sponsors. Graphical links though are more arrtractive.
