PHP Shopping Cart Question

Hi,

I am using cart software by: Clovershop (http://www.clovershop.com)
(still using trail version pending on resolution of problem)

My Host is: Easyhosting.com (http://www.easyhosting.com)

They provide a free shared ssl server with their free cart software wich I tried out but thought sucked. To view click here. (http://whitepassrailroad.com/cgi-bin/online/store.php)

Now my question is: Currently the Clovershop php script outputs the form to an e-mail address. Now I would like to utilize the free secure ssl and output the form to a order log. Does anyone here know how to do this?

Please keep in mind that I am a php newbie and this is my first php shop..
