Is it possible to cloak your doman forwarding so that the domain stays in the address bar,
if so what type of scripting language? cgi or javasript? or can you give me a link to a site that covers this type of thing.

This would have to be done by the server that makes the forwarding I guess.
The best way (I don't know of any service that provides it though) would be to have a rewrite rule that handles all domain request.
But if a forwarding-service would provide such a feature it would mean _much_ more bandwith and they would have to buy more and larger servers. And in the end you would have to pay more. But you would be able to link to "www.mydomain.com/anotherpage.html".
Keep in mind that the servers networksolutions and simular have handles thousands and thousands of domain forwardings every hour.
Another way to do this is to let the forwarding server create a page with invisible frames. Many forwarding services(ala go.to) provides this feature but I don't like it very much since it uses frames and linking could cause trouble. But some people like it. For some reason ;)
However. This is nothing you can provide yourself, it has to be done by the forwarding-server. I would recommend a virtual host if you are serious about your website and your domain.
