Using MapQuest maps

Is it ok to put a map (mapquest, yahoo! maps, etc.) on my site as long as I keep all of the copyright information on the map, and link it back to the original site? I tried looking through the TOS on those sites but it wasn't quite clear to me.

Of course I would only be using the maps for refernce use on how to get to a location. Wouldn't be used as some main design feature or something of a site. Does anyone know anything about this?

if you mean linking to a map, that should be fine. if you mean copying it to your site, that's certainly questionable. and if you mean pulling it to your site via hotlinking, they'd likely frown on that.

my suggestion would be to go and ask THEM, not us.
