Help with UltraBoard

I have an old version of UltraBoard that I
am installing on my site. Everything looks okay, except that I have a small problem. My problem is that the images are broken. There was nothing in the installation about what permissions to set and I can't figure out what is wrong.

You might want to reupload your imgs. I've been having some problems with my server and this issue lately. That fixed it.

Unfortunately, that did not work :(
