View Full Version : Resource material for writing CGI with Perl?
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book on writing CGI scripts with Perl for begginers. I am building a site for an online-gaming-guild and would like to provide a way for members to register and update their character profiles, class/race combos, etc....
I can write the HTML required but I have hit this road block.
Any help would be great. Thanx

Hey Kaz,
One of my favorite books for perl/cgi is "The great CGI primer" by Rod Lupec. I'm not sure if it is still in print though. You may want to try looking through 123webmaster's Script Resource Section (http://www.123webmaster.com/Scripts).
I am not quite sute what type of script you need, but if you would like to send me an e-mail or contact me though ICQ, I'd be glad to help you figure it out. :)
