Help, what do i need..?

hi, i've been recently designing a news and reviews based music website and i'm llooking for help. what i want is something where someone can easily give me a review, and i can update the site with this review without having to hard code it with HTML. i had a feeling a database is the kind of thing i need. ultimately this type of thing would allow me to place some code in any article that will immediately show related articles (e.g. other reviews or news) about that specific band. This would allow many of my team to upload their reviews on-the-go without me having to do a lot of work. is this possible? please help

All of these things are possible with the database that 123webmaster uses, called links 2.0. You can download a copy at http://www.gossamer-threads.com

This will require some knowledge of perl to set up though. As far as the reviews go, you will need to check out their database of mods to find the add on that allows you to do so. We also use that here.
