need top javascripter!

Hi ,
We need a top class javascripter for a semi small job , requires working knowledge of crossbrowser compatability .

all it involes is --> there are 3 fields that are pulled from a database with ASP ..Now i need to have theses 3 fields interact with each other..

TOP BOX <----- Holds a overall value

next box <----- needs two buttons to control it.. (the first button will minusus -1 from this value and +1 to the top box ) ( second button will do the oppersite, +1 to current box and -1 from top box )

next box same as last ..

then all fields must be able to be submmited via form or other techique to a page where we can retrieve the vaules via asp ..

doesn't have to be text box's could ne anytext .. we dont care ..
