is there something free that i can use, like a softwares or a websites that is like the wizard submission engine where I can submit to all the search engines with the same link at once, only for free?

the following urls might be of use:

#1 free submission http://10000.hypermart.net
submit plus http://submitplus.bc.ca/

both offer to submit instantly to a few of the top search engines, with just having to fill out one form, as far as i know.
at submit plus you can also submit to what they consider to be the best 100 search engines, but i think a bit of repetitive form filling is required!

at the end of the day, if you want to submit to a lot of search engines without paying anything, i think a lot of elbow grease is required!
