Just finished the site after nearly 3 months of work. Please take a look and give me your opinions.
http://www.websitesforsale.org
As for what I'm looking for specifically, well, everything! Color scheme, graphics, usability, etc. I know the site is somewhat "simple" but that is what I was going for.
Also, the site is not yet populated with any sites for sale as I just released it today. This makes it kind of hard to review the dynamic pages with no content, so please, feel free to submit if you have a site you're looking to sell.
Thanks all, I'm looking forward to your comments.

First impression "cramped". Everything is slammed together with no open space. I actually got a claustraphobic feeling while looking at the home page.
The usefull resources are your direct competitors it doesn't make alot of sence to put links to them on your home page.

I agree with batheaven, looks quite cramped but is easy to navigate. It will look better when you get some numbers in those categories though. :D

I agree it looks a little crowded, my eyes don't know what to look at first

most people tell me to tone down the contrast in my websites, I tend to go overboard
in this case, I would suggest adding a little more contrast to your site. My visual cortex is having trouble distinguishing key parts of the page. :)
add a little bit more space between the columns and add a light background color to at least one of them, I think that will help a lot
for your logo/title "Websites For-Sale" maybe you could make the S in Sale a $.
Stick some ALT="some text" attributes on all of your IMG tags, for non-visual browsers to process, then review the list at: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.websitesforsale.org%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=HTML+4.01+Transitional&ss= and the couple of 'real' (and fairly minor) HTML errors will pop out at you (currently near the bottom of the list).
Oh, and why not also add a doctype declaration at the beginning, something like:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
