That would most likly depend upon how you would be using their names/titles.
For example: If you simply refer to say Microsoft Corp., you probly don't need to ask. However, if you were going to be writing an article on one of their products, making statments about it, I would contact Microsoft and have them review it for acuracy.
Basicly, if you don't know, it won't hurt to ask. You never know what you might get as a result. I have several good friends in major industries, all because I spent a little time writing that person an e-mail. http://talkboard.123webmaster.com/ubbhtml/biggrin.gif

Well that would depend upon what code you want to post. If your going to reveal the way a game is built (code wise that is), that would be a no no. However if you are showing a general scripting trick that is not unique to a product, then go for it. http://talkboard.123webmaster.com/ubbhtml/smile.gif

as long as your not making false calims, or using copyrighted texts/pictures without permission, you can review the game and provede all the codes you want. if anything, it's good publisity for the makers of the game.
