where is there a tutorial on how to make a tutorials system similar to the one on wastedyouth.org i am not good in php or mysql so please if you know a site or know what to do please tell me!

what do you mean? the tutorial sytem is like what? I don't see what you are talking about. when you click on a tutorial it goes into a forum.

hmmm it does? i want a db driven system where an admin can go to a certain page and write a new tutorial and they would be divided up into categorys somewhat like boonism.com's but a different layout.the url would be something like .../tutorials/index.php?cat=photoshop;num=05

well it is kind of easy if you aren't a novice in php, but if you are it will take quite a long time to read and learn how to do it.

you can try to use a php portal or something if you don't want to learn. phpnuke is a good one.
