I havn't experienced the not filtering spam pages thing, but I did notice how Google degraded in another way. Their image search was worse than before. For some reason now, I get like 0 results for rare thing I search for.

its sad that google has degraded and sites that shouldnt even be on the internet are at the top of search engines.
