Attention All members,
Please cast your vote for contest #1.
read the requirements of the layout asked for.
http://www.htmlforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16706
and judge your vote on aspects of what was required. Some things to watch for:
* Visually pleasing
* Clarity of images
* Ease of navigation

Stated requirements were:
I-Education does not have a logo, nor are they dead set on specific color schemes. They tend to be more interested in non-futuristic or crowded designs. They would like to have areas to show information of the following: Intranet Solutions, Educator Solutions, Small Buisiness Solutions, About Us, Contact Us, and Product Support. These can be text links, or full navigation buttons.
What we'd love to see: Clean, clear, visually pleasing layouts. Layouts that look easy to use, and would interest corporate, universities, and small buisinesses.

What we'd like to avoid: Super busy, crowded, and boxy layouts. (http://www.blockbuster.com/). We are trying to avoid layouts that use too many graphics because they can take too long to download, and become distracting. We prefer a mix of graphics, text, and space. We'd also like to avoid layouts that are largely darker in appearence, or that might be confusing to persons who might not be highly computer savvy.Does the submission show some or all of these requirements?

This has been a very difficult vote to cast.

Every entry has a very professional look and they all seem to accomplish the intended goal desired by the fictional customer.

Some excellent work. :cool: Good luck to all.:D

Hey this is not fair! Multiple entries from the same user.Mutilple entries from the same person might lessen the chances of winning for others with a single entry.You guys should have chosen a single design if a person had multiple entries.

Anyway,all the designs looks gr8 :boogy:

Oh noooo,I cant lie :crying:

All the entries looks gr8,except one :D

the original contest rules stated that every contestant could design multiple entries. I think it was a good choice, stimulates creativety.

Only a few days to go guys and there is 3 entries that are beginning to stand out from the crowd. However there is no clear winner emerging at this stage as they are all equal. We must have a clear winner, so get your vote in before it closes.
Good luck.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,<continue drum roll:)

Has not been confirmed yet. :D

The FBI and CIA as well as Interpol currently have crack teams researching all votes cast to ensure no monkey business is going on.

Besides that, everyone has been very busy. :(

Re-vote? I would suggest it is only done on here as a poll, so non-reg users can't vote. The last system could have been by-passed by giving the direct addie to mates to cast a vote. I think it would be more transparent as well. You would also see be the voters time of joining and activity on the forums if they were genuine or not.

Only a suggestion.

And if there is re-vote I would like to see everyones submissions involved. I am not entirely happy with the vote system and appreciate you guys did what you could when you could. As it goes I am contempleting the removal of my submission for this reason. Ths comp should be considered to be in an evolutionary state, and will take time to get it together where all involved are happy.

If one wants to cheat then he/she can do it even if we have the poll here and nothing is fool proof.

I think a final round of voteing between the two entires would be fair.

Okay, it's late, I'm tired, but I can't find where to view the sites and then vote. The couple links I did click on didn't do it and one said voting is closed. Could someone give this dunderhead some direction? Sorry...:rolleyes:
