Thank you for your responses to xnew??? on his use of templates. They helped me figure out some of my problem. I am trying to make a web page using one of the freewebtemplates and am unable to figure out how to get it out of a frame. What I am trying to do is set up a web site for an A+ class and the template gives it a very classy look. But I don't know how to use the individual gifs to act as links since it uses a side.html to access the gifs. I've researched alot of sites concerning frames but I must be missing something cause I still don't have t together in my mind. If you can help, I'd appreciate it, if you can't thanks anyway. Keep up the good work. This is so exciting - I can't believe I'm doing this well.

lilacsprite,
If the webpage is uploaded provide the URL so someone can take a look and provide further assistance.
In general, all I can think to tell you is use table code to position the graphics on a regular (no frame) webpage. If the web template was designed to be used with frames, you should be able to use a table or tables to position it on a non frame webpage in a similar manner. Hope that makes some sense.

Kevin

Thanks for the reply Kevin. I tried converting it to a frame but the two top frames, 1.gif and top.gif also have sidebg.gif and topbg.gif behind them. 1.gif is 187x50 while top.gif is 593x76. So they're not the same size to use on a table. What I am trying is I made a screen capture and am going to chop it up myself so the gif's will be the same height. Then maybe I can get the table to work. Since I'm still working on it, I have not uploaded it as yet.
