Bad quality after slicing

Hi.. I am using Paint Shop Pro and whenever i slice my image i get really bad quality itll like get dots and speckles.. but its fine before i slice it.. anyone that can help id appreciate it..

Hi, are you saving your seperated images in a different format or reducing the colors at all?
example:
image complete = .jpg (16 million colors)
after you have split it you are saving each as a .gif image (256 colors or less).
If you are doing this, try setting your palette to "Optimized Octree" and your reduction method to "Nearest color"

if this is not what you are doing, please explain your method and we will try and help you out.
