interface problem

hello, i have downloaded an interface from freewebtemplates.com. I have no idea to slice the image up and make it clickable links, can someone please help me?

there is a great little program on c|net download.com called Splitz 1.0. It is pretty much just an image slicer but it works great. You can get it here: http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10077-100-1542845.html?tag=st.dl.10000_103_1.lst.td_1542845 .
