I selected the following template which has a banner shown at the top. But this banner already has text on it. Can I still be able to customise it and replace it with my own text? I suppose anything in a template for download would be customisable.

In this template, there's a big white gap in the middle background for user to type in their text. I have difficulties in making a table column in this white space to confine where the text should be. Anybody can help?

To replace the banner image you just need to open the image in a graphics editing program and make the changes you want to it there.

In the center part of the html where the text goes there are already table cells made just look for the header images of the cell and place your text below that.
