I'm in the process of setting up a service-based business web site which doesn't work with the typical product storefronts. I need to know how to download an order form for my customers to specify different details about the services they want. Can anyone help me?

Within most shopping cart scripts it allows modification of the form elements. So to change the form you should just have to modify some of the html code.

Or if its a custom script you would need you should try posting in the jobe or bartering forum, there are many scripting pros here that could prbably handle this task easily.
