Saving form data WITHOUT acrobat or Approval??

I´m creating fillable forms in Acrobat, for Malmoe General Hospital, and I want them (the doctors, nurses,etc) to be able to save the information they put in, without having Acrobat or Approval installed. I found something called "Memory button" at:

Does anyone have a comment about this "button"? Is it worth using it on a hospitals intranet?
(the info they´re saving is sometimes pretty vital..)
i´m not sure about how MUCH data they can save, and it´s quite disturbing that you can´t choose where to save the data. It saves in a folder somewhere on the computer.
Please help me, before I go nuts!!!

sounds to me like you need to invest some time into server side/ database coding. Your current solutions seems.... not adequate for info that is EVER critical.
