please i need help writing pages 4 my help site

i have a code help site but i need help on my explination of what html, java, vb, javascript n css is page, and my pages with basic codes 4 each except html n css pages......ill give full credit to what you write, thats all i can do in exchange 4 helping me....i just want correct info n stuff to make my site as helpful as possible because i dont know some of the stuff im putting on my site and i want it to be good.....im only good with css n html...just starting to learn the others, if anyone wants to help, please do....heres the current url www23.brinkster.com/jared82/codes2 (http://www23.brinkster.com/jared82/codes2) ...i just started it so nothin works yet
