Is there any content management scripts for client side?

I want to know whether there are any client side scripts for content management?

I wanna have user updatable news pages. Is it possible? and besides Javascript can anyone give me a list of client side languages?:confused:

you cannot use content mangament clinet side if you are updating pages on the server. no client side script will load pages form the server. sorry you are out of luck. you will have to use serverside language to do this.
