Hello,
I am trying to get people that would like to start a city guide. I am creating right now a city guide site that I will be selling. You are probably wondering what I am talking about.
A city guide is basically a site that lists a bunch of local businesses and they charge them yearly to list there business on the site. I saw one site ( extremly similiar to the one I am making ) charged $1000/year to put businesses on the site. Well, when I saw that I thought wow this must be a really good business to get into. And then I looked at the amount of businesses that were on the site. I was shocked again! There were over 60 business. You do the math! That is unbelievable!
I was looking on ebay to find a city guide that was selling. They were doing what I am going to be doing. They were selling city guides to different people that wanted to start them. Well, it turns out that the only one I saw on there sold for a whopping $889.00 + Hosting and a domain. So, the total price was well over $950!
You can go look on ebay for the proof. I do not want to put the URL in here because it was not my auction. But I can tell you one thing. If you are looking for a business that you can really make money with this is definelty the business you want to get into. If you are interested in starting a city guide and would like some infomation I am going to be setting up a "Pre-Order" form that you can fill out. You will not be obligated to purchase it if you fill the form out. It will just be telling me that you are interested in obtaining a city guide. I will let you in on all the details that go along with this.
The best part about this is it will be a fully built site and you will need NO PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE! Also, you will get 1 full year of support. That is double what most give you.
