Hiya guys,
Was just wondering if anyone knows if SE submitter programs are any good or not?
Was thinking maybe of buying one to see if it worked, but that seems like a waste if any of you know any different.
I have heard Web-position Gold isnt bad, but has anyone actually tried and tested these things?
Let me know, thanks.
Goody :)

Dont go in for those paid SE submitters.Try some freeware ones or if your ready to spend some $ they go for some search engine submissions services that ppl offer.

Thanks all - I've been seriously thinking of paying for an SE submitter, too but don't have a ton of money to keep sinking into this - now I'm glad I haven't yet. The one I was going to try was bCentral's - anyone ever heard anything about theirs, or used it? OF course, they make it sound SO good...:)
You've chased me out of the forum, 'cuz I'm going to go check out those SE's! Thanks again - much appreciated!

Look at this - this is insane!!
"Another player in this game is Google. Google offers a program called "Premium Sponsorships" which will result in an advertisement for your site being placed at the top of the search results when a specific keyword is entered. It is pricey, however. There is a three month spending requirement of $10,000."
I downloaded the SE submitter on tucows and just wanted to say thanks again for those links. I haven't tried it yet because i'm too darned tired but am going to tomorrow. One of those I looked at was only $35.00 to upgrade to the pro version - that's not bad at all when you see the prices of submitting through a "service" or paying the SE's!

That's the Google pay-per-click link.

Thanks - put that in my bookmarks to look over more later. I never checked this out because I keep hearing how highly competitive google is - is it worth doing the pay per click when others are paying those exorbitant fees to get top ranking? I couldn't help but wonder about that when I read that bit of news on google. Blew my mind!:supereek:

Nope, you dont get a higher ranking if u pay them. They just put a listing for your site on the right or on the top of the search results in bold letters for your site when results are shown.

Okay, I was looking around today when I did a search on google (you all sold me on google in here, by the way and I'm so hooked I've got their toolbar thingy on my computer! :) Thanks!) and saw exactly what you mean. I appreciate your help because that one really threw me!
Does anyone in here do the pay-per-click on google and if so, do you get good results? I've tried two others but don't get many hits at all from them. Thanks!

is your best bet. Hiring a human to do the tags & continued optimization for at least 6 months, will get you results. I highly advise not to utilize the software submission tools, because the engines are keen to this, and they could boot your site out entirely. We can help you & provide rank reports as well, of the results we currently have on our site's ie: engine rank.
GoodLuck
