Hello,
It is required for companys to give a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Even if it is an electonic product.
Please answer my question ASAP.
Thanks,
kevin

The following is not legal advice or advice about what you should do.....
It depends on the product or service, but I assume you mean your templates and that someone wants a refund. In that case I believe the answer is no, but make sure your sales policies are clearly stated on your website or on the wesbite that processes your payments. If you use a third party service to handle billing/payments, then they might have their own policies in which case you might be bound by those policies as well as any policies you have. Each state will have its own laws regarding consumer purchases, its not clear which state has jurisdiction if the purchase was made in one state but sold from another. If the person is a minor, there may be different laws that apply. Certain credit cards may offer more consumer protection than the law provides and by accepting payments with that credit card company you agree to follow their policies regarding purchases and charge backs.
