etrust/truste use to have an online privacy wizard. That is now long gone, however they still have online documentation with model privacy statements (almost as good as using a wizard, you just fill in some blanks):

I think I've been looking for something like this as well.
Seems like a lot of stuff, for a site like mine, tho.
I don't use cookies, or really keep track of who stops by, but I do check the stats to see how many have been by, and what they are looking at.
I don't do emailings, or any of that other stuff.
Just how much of that template do I need?
Do I just delete the sections that do not apply to me?
