UBB Upgrade

Attention Everyone,

These forums will be updated within the hour. So please try and avoid use between 8pm-9pm as we will be testing to make sure everything works.

When upgrading we had some unexpected problems, and were forced to reload the backups. We will be attempting to install the upgrade later tonight.
