Unless you can get someone to give you a domain name I don't have any idea of a free host. If someone here know about one, please tell us! :)

What's your idea of cheap? A domain name is only $15 per year, and you can find banner free hosting for as little as $5 a month.

If you haven't notice yet that there are a couple of services out there that you can have your own domain name with *NO advertising but you cannot get a domain with hosting what so ever. If anyone wants to get the link for *FREE domain name forwarding and webmail with *NO advertising and the domain will also be registered in your name. Please Reply, or just goto 123webmaster.com and look at there advertisment! Thats where i found this one. "_"

Currently I can Only think of one such service. This is located at portland.co.uk However you will not get the domain name for free but u will get hosting.
Hope this is of some value, cheers

Just because you're only 16 does not put any restrictions on ingenuity. Go to the merchants in your area and offer to place advertising on your site if they sponser you. I should only cost $15 a year for a domain name, so they only have to spend 4 cents a day for advertising. As a business man myself I can tell you that if a 16 year old had the guts to make an offer to me like that, maybe even in the form of a written proposal, I would have my checkbook out just to give him some encouragement. One more thing....if I did write the check he had better come through.
