wampserver issue

I have just downloaded the wampserver. but the problem is that it is not working even aftet the successful installation. I reinstalled it many times. But the problem still persist. When i type the localhost in the browser..then it is showing nothing.

What could be the solution for this ?

Did you 'start' it?
