FTP Security??

I own a domain and I host a lot of sites so we all obviously use FTP. I have only one FTP account so we all use the same password and user name. Out of the people who have the password, someone has been tampering with all of the files...moving files from folder to folder...uploading porn, etc. Anyway, I'm sure there is no way to stop them unless I stop hosting, but is there any way to sort of track them?

Isn't there a log or something that keeps track of IP addresses or time of log in into an FTP account?

If not, is there any other way I can find out that you guys know of. Thanks=)

The first thing your going to need to check is the type of FTP software your running. This way you'll be able to search (going to there website) about there options regarding logging. As it's almost a standard these days to incorporate or at least offer some sort of logging features.
