Ok, I downloaded the PSP 7 trial version and now I want to install the licensed version but it says I cannot install it because there is a previous version that needs to be removed. I go to add/remove from control panel and try to remove it...it is looking for a file that isn't there. So I visit Jasc.com and it says to update the registry and delete the Jasc file, then delete the Jasc files and folders. I did so. My licensed version still will not install. Please help...thanks.
