Microsoft Visio (http://www.microsoft.com/office/visio/default.htm) can map your site, if this is the sort of mapping that you're talking about.

i thought Microsoft Visio was for doing NEtwork diagrams - i am after a piece of software to do an Office Location map of the UK (showing all the locations and when clicked they bring up the map to show how to get there)

Hi, not sure if this is what you're looking for but you may be able to find ready made maps that you might be able to use on your site here http://www.expediamaps.com/ , they have maps of the world that you can download, from whole countries to cities.

Oh, sorry, didn't know what type of maps you were talking about. Try a hardware GPS receiver, it might help you if you want to get around.
