Hello:
I'm a relative novice at web design/development but I've been doing a lot of work on it over the past year and have just scored my first paid commission (wheee!)...I'm a little bit stumped on one element of it though.
The site is going to be an extremely simple one -- only two pages and almost completely static content; however, the client (a landscaper) wants the option of being able to occasionally update the images of her previous work which will be displayed on one of the pages.
This seems rather simplistic to require an entire CMS structure along with building out two pages. However, I also doubt that the answer is to just point her at an FTP program, show her how to upload photos and which file to edit and leave her to her own devices...how does one usually go about allowing small-site clients to adjust their sites after they have been built?
Thanks very much! :)
