A friend advised me that before I start any online projects I should get a TRR. Does it make a difference?

Pfft! Who does that? I think 99% of people develop a web site because they have something of interest to say or sell. I did absolutely squat research before I started my web site. I get around 2500-3000 unique visits a month (well as unique as is possible to tell). It's not a tremendous amount but it's respectable.

Anyway, how do you get the TRR?

That link's got some interesting information on it.

I don't think there is anything there that would influence whether or not I would put a web site together though.

The full form of TRR is Traffic Research Report and if you have a site of your own, it will help tremendously…atleast that’s what it’s done for me. There’s asite called http://www.cfmcorp.net ...very helpful and you;ll know the difference immediately.
