Slide out menu doesn't work in Netscape.

I'm trying to bring my site current after 2 1/2 years. I have a slide out menu script that works perfectly in IE but not in any version of Netscape. Here is a link to one of the pages with the slide out menu. There are some general problems with the page when using Netscape that I am working on , but I'm primarily concerned with getting the slide out menu to work properly in Netscape.

if its been 2+ years the site is probably in need of a makeover anyway. I looked at the site, and recognize the slide menu. You may only need to get an update copy.
