OK so the forms on my new site design arnt working i have tried all that i know but i just get a error message when i try to send it the form has validation on some feilds i think that is causing the problem with this part in perticular<input type="button" value=" Send " onclick="verify();">

You're referencing a javascript function called verify() which is not defined in your <head> section, in fact it doesn't appear in the code at all.
