I've searched all of google with no luck. What I am looking for is this..... I need an availability booking program. Similar to how people book haircut apointments. I'm looking for a php run program with a MYSQL backend. Any suggestions? If not, How much would something like that cost to get programed?

However, that software is proprietary and you do not have access to the source code. It does do exactly what you asked for.

If you want an open source php/mysql solution, your best bet is to probably start with one of the many php calendars out there. I don't know a php calendar offhand that will do exactly what you are asking for, however modding a php calendar into what you want to do is definitely simpler than doing the whole thing from scratch.
